GIDUE (China) Co. Ltd and GIDUE S.p.A. announce the sale of the first
E-Combat™ 370 with 10-colours to China.

The press was sold to the Suzhou Jantan Packaging & Printing Co. Ltd. in February and it is equipped with the famous Flower™ flexo heads, two silkscreen units, two cold foil units and many options and related processes. It will be used to print high-end labels and light cardboard to meet the market demand for high quality products. The sale will generate very positive effects on the label and packaging industry in the Yangtze delta, one of the most developed areas in China.

Suzhou Jantan, founded in 1992, is located in Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, professionally engaged in label and colour packaging printing for famous worldwide brands in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food packaging and electronic sectors. Suzhou Jantan’s turnover was more than €5 million in 2006, with forecast growth to over €10 million in 2-3 years from now. They have just invested €3 million building a new factory with many additional production lines. The new factory, expected to be operational in 2009, will be a brand new, multiplex, ultra-modern and specialized facility.
