Offset Cube™
GIDUE introduce the new Offset unit for the label and packaging industry: robust, compact, the Offset Cube™ is mounted on a new platform design, it can be interchanged with any process head, for unlimited “print-on-demand” combination labels production. GIDUE introduces also the Mini-Cassette™ technology. With comparable costs to the printing sleeves, the Mini-Cassette™ achieves high printing quality, robust manufacturing, stability during the years, and (a very important aspect) easier, lighter and more user friendly operations than with offset print sleeves. The Mini Cassette™ can be moved “with a finger” to the storage area in front of the press, the “lean” Mini Cassette™ Organizer. Change overs are fast, safe, easy and better organized. With a superior print quality in Offset.

The new Offset Cube performs a compact Head, easy to extract and store on the Organizer. The inking section is the traditional Xpannd “topquality” Offset print unit, integrated with the new Digital Offset technology for totally automated ink density and register control. The Offset Cube delivers the shortest wastes during set up, and in production.
