Main technical features
-The newMX™ comes in a fixed configuration: 370 mm wide web path, 8 flexographic print units, 8 UV lamps, 1 die-cutting station, cold foil,Delam-Relam, optional lamination, UV lamination, turn-bar and printing on adhesive.
- It uses the famous “Flower™”, the most efficient GIDUE open flexo unit, and Organizer™, a safe and effective handling of magnetic die cutting cylinders.
- The new MX™ is equipped with the latest GIDUE innovative technologies: full electronic drivers, servo driven rewinder, full colour touch screen independent panels for each print unit, PC touch panel 24h/7days connected with the GIDUE Internet Service Centre .

Stability during the years
-“no maintenance” program: for 2 years the new Combat MX™ press needs no maintenance, no intervention of the operator, no specific greasing or any particular care.
- Adopting proven belt-drives, the new MX™ guarantees perfect print register and the same print and register performance also after 10 years (no wear of gearboxes).

- The GEW UV system has been included in the new MX™ as well: the GEW technology is the most efficient and advance UV tool, considerably reducing power consumption and ensuring long-lasting and effective performances.
