The new SnowBall™ waste matrix stripping system (available as an option) is a “revolution” for the self-adhesive market. It increases the production speeds of any label, from 30% to 200% more than any “traditional” waste stripping system

Independent drives between printing (timing precision belts) and die-cutting (ARC-Simotion™ servo drives) keep the converting vibrations completely isolated from the printing area.

Combat M1 is a truly shaftless press. The timing belts technology developed by GIDUE during the years for driving the print units allow for the most accurate drive, almost without service, without any quality decay during the years typical of gearboxes and shafts.

The special geometry of the Flower™ head prevents the mechanical wear from influencing the printing quality, the print cylinder is held without guides and all the tolerances are recuperated.
