GIDUE Service Support A Help Desk Service is available for Telephone, Modem or Internet service to make fast diagnostics, or eventual quick resolution of operational or printing issues on existing presses. A Spare Parts Service is available, with a dedicated spare parts stock ready to be delivered. Retrofit and UpGrades Service (hardware and software) for new technologies on existing presses is available, to improve the production flexibility and keep the presses updated to the latest Nuova GIDUE technological improvements. Service Prevention Contracts (SPCs) are available for "on-line" and "on-site" maintenance and service calls.
