GIDUE Customer Service offers updated information and immediate support to make your work easier. Spare parts of the Nuova GIDUE, GIDUE and Nuova Castagnoli production ranges are available. Regular service visits are organized to make press maintenance costs predictable.

  • A Help Desk Service is available for Telephone, Modem or Internet service to make fast diagnostics, or eventual quick resolution of operational or printing issues on existing presses.

 

 

  • A Spare Parts Service is available, with a dedicated spare parts stock ready to be delivered.
  • Retrofit and UpGrades Service (hardware and software) for new technologies on existing presses is available, to improve the production flexibility and keep the presses updated to the latest Nuova GIDUE technological improvements.

  • Service Prevention Contracts (SPCs) are available for "on-line"  and "on-site" maintenance and service calls.

  • InterService™

 

Nuova GIDUE has developed a new service concept called InterService™ based on an internet communication platform. Each new servo driven press (Xpannd, E - Combat - Short Combat - Galileo) is controlled by a PC which is connected to the Internet, to provide the following services:

  • an optional video camera for  "live" video service diagnostics; if a mechanical or performance problem occurs, the local operator or the NG2 service point can show it to the Nuova GIDUE service operator in Italy with live comments and fast response.

 

  • Direct "live" access to the press operations (start, stop, service, diagnostics, downloads, modifications etc.) for immediate live service, operated by Nuova GIDUE technicians in Italy. Via Internet the Nuova GIDUE operator will take the temporary "ownership" of the full press commands to simulate a virtual local presence and perform all the necessary check and test controls.
  • The combination of the Camera Service system and the on-line press remote ownership allow for fast and deep "on site" internet diagnostics. To achieve accurate and effective maintenance and eventual problem solving.
