The S-Combat presses are built to last. They keep the same performances at any speed, and in any working condition. Independent drives for printing and die-cutting (double-drive) keep the mechanical disturbances away from those key areas. The S-Combat stability is confirmed at high speeds, up to 150 mt/min.
The special geometry of the Flower head prevents the mechanical wear from influencing the printing quality, the print cylinder is held without guides and all the tolerances are recuperated. The influence of the mechanical wear in the gearboxes during the years is also eliminated by the use of high precision belts in the print section. The press durable steel double frames contribute to keep the performances of the S-Combat press identical during the years.

S-Combat configurations vary from very basic layouts including die cutting, cold foil, delam/relam, combo laminator and web turn bar to more complex presses with a higher level of converting, including screen printing.
A special ‘light’ servo model, the F-Combat (370 mm - 14½"), for unsupported film printing is available on request.

Printing today requires high productivity, cost-efficient operation and versatility while keeping the need for high and repeatable quality unchanged. With the completely servo-driven FULLCombat quality consistency and great time and waste savings can be achieved by digitally controlling the press operation. The totally servo-driven tension control, plus the two independent servo-drives on all print stations, one on the print cylinder, and one on the impression roller, make the configuration of the press always ‘open’ to any printable substrate. Pre-register and register opportunities are very useful in ‘standardized’ working environments, where consistent repeatability independent from operators is needed. By selecting different tension areas inside the press, the FULLCombat is always open to ‘creative’ solutions like multi-page, multi-lamination, or printing on adhesive.
